1 /5 T Lynn: Its all lies they dont care about their customers at all. I have called several times and got different people. And its been nothing but crap. And no one has called me back. And they definitely dont answer their emails neither. And I was also lied to by one of the members of this bank

2 /5 Tyler Betthauser: Mobile app performance is clearly not monitored by anyone as it is not reliable and crashes whenever taking a picture of the check. Then, when you go into the branch to get your money they will refuse to process the check without the accounting department being on the line (they dont work the weekend of course). This is very simple...implement telemetry in the application so you can monitor poor customer experiences (fix before I have to submit a bug) and fix your whacky non-customercentric processes so they arent making 20 min trips for nothing. Make Americans Competent Again.

5 /5 Don Vandamme: I wanted to open a new account to take advantage of a current CD special. I went to the St. Clair Shores Branch on Little Mack. I made an appointment for a Saturday. The Branch was busy which is to be expected on a Saturday. My wife and I were helped by Lisa. She was very professional, and she apologized for our wait time. She took her time with us and explained many things the credit union has to offer. Overall a very good experience, I am happy I made the choice to open an account.

1 /5 Jackson B: My personal experience with this branch was terrible, I am fighting the unfortunate fate of falling victim to either a major clerical mistake or just blatant fraud. Instead of being treated as such I was told and I quote “there is nothing I can do to help you” when I asked if we could place a call together I was told “you can make the call yourself” perhaps all the employees are not as useless and pathetic as Allen D. - MSGCU branch specialist of this location…MY ADVICE IS SAVE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

1 /5 zd3007: Absolutely worthless. Ive had accounts with this credit union for 2 decades, because I always believed that credit unions were better than banks. Today was the 4th time in a row that Ive been offered better loan rates from a bank than msgcu was willing to offer (my credit rating is near 800), and they made it very difficult for me to withdraw my money this past spring when I was buying a house. I wont be with MSGCU much longer
