2 /5 Car Guy Curry: Ohhhh Man what an ANNOYING as experience as a New Client for this Credit union…. Brought in around $35,000 in CASH to open an account…Ms.Jannella gave her spews on many different accounts as far ad checkings & savings blah blah ANYWAYS I made it clear that my money would sit in a savings account and would not be used as a technique account however, within the next 7 days, I will have to pull out around $22,000 For stuff with a new house and some other things….. Then we get to today…. Because they are closed all Saturday, which is annoying…. I went to the teller side of the building to ask for a withdrawal of just $2000…. I was told that I couldn’t even get 1500 bucks out of there! So I start asking questions how the hell do I bring you guys almost $40,000 in cash and within four days later I can’t even pull out 2000 of it?!?!??? I have things to do this weekend and now basically I can’t even complete them due to my own credit union not being able to release me a small portion of my own funds! I was told that because the lady that I opened the account with JANELLA Failed to do her ending job and put into the note that it was a cash deposit so they were having trouble figuring out if it was a check, wired, or however, that money got there, and they cannot see any notes So pretty much I was just screwed!! Very pissed off as a first time customer!

5 /5 Melissa Bergeron: I stopped in last week and talked with Luke. Contacted him back with email and phone and had quick response. Today I started new accounts and Madalyn was so informative and took a lot of time with me for online and app on my phone. I know I will be very happy here.
