I was able to get my life together after getting behind thanks to their no-debit card payday loan service. This company has been incredibly helpful to me.

Jim Walke Zach Toilolo and DFCU made the convoluted process of re-financing quick and easy. Zach was attentive to any change or bump in the process and managed to keep us in the loop while simultaneously smoothing things out for us. He had his eyes on the goal the entire time and treated us with professionalism, warmth and respect. [We even laughed a few times, and not hysterically.] This was a first rodeo for me, so having a loan officer who explained what was happening and then assisted with the execution of each step was a pleasant surprise. I doubt that a big bank would have been able to provide this level of personalized customer service. If you are in the market for a mortgage, I cannot recommend Zach (and DFCU) strongly enough.

Tammam Sagman This Flagstar branch is one of the best branches I had ever visited. Everyone there was super friendly, and they all had a smile on their faces. Delon was exceptionally an outstanding, helpful, and genuine person who was so happy to assist me and guide me in making the right decisions. I would recommend this branch, and Delon, especially for anyone who is trying to visit this location and open a new account there. Best Regards.

Diana Smith Do not waste your time meeting with this guy he sees nothing but $ signs… brags about his lifestyle, but he’s 68 years old still working behind a desk go find a real financial advisor not this guy…. Be wise! I felt bad for his assistant who has to work with him! Talking about how much money he made in a stock market meanwhile, he’s still working behind a desk with the excuse that he is paying for his child college if you’re made so much money in stock market, you should’ve wrote a check, big guy and give it to your child for college paid in full! You are rude, unprofessional, and cocky!
