1 /5 Kerrigan: I spoke to a rep to get a payoff for a truck for a mutual customer. Customer service rep refused to help me. When I inquired why, she said "because I said I cant sir, im going to disconnect now." I continued to talk and ask my final question to make SURE that I was able to get the correct info needed for the customer, the rep hung up on me. Ive been in the car business for 10 years, and I have NEVER been treated like that. I had all of the customers info, and there was a very very SIMPLE solution. "sir, how about we call the customer with you on the line to make sure its okay". But rather than try and problem solve, i was laughed at and hung up on. I want to be clear about one thing, I was never rude to the young lady I spoke to, I was never impatient. I SIMPLY ASKED TO TALK TO HER MANAGER, which she refused to let me do. Its very very disheartening to see that this is how some places do business.
