The staff is friendly, helpful, and thorough; they make sure you know all your options and will try various methods to ensure you are getting your maximum refund. The cost of having someone in-person to sort through your taxes is worth it. I used to do my own taxes through the software and websites you hear about, but I got more on my return with Bowes than I ever did using generic programs.
