Robert Kruse Ive visited these guys here and there for years now. IMO, the biggest selection, floorspace, and well priced items. Best Pawn Shop in GR. I had visited the one at Leonard and Alpine a few times, and they were close, both in selection and service, especially in tools, but as that one was torn down a year ago, these guys now hold the crown. Ive seen them work with people if they needed a few days to make a payment, in my experience theyve been knowledgeable, and if not, not scared to say so, then accessing the internet for information. Friendly bunch of guys, who give a fair price, IF one understands what to expect from a Pawn Shop. In case someone reading this doesnt, if one is going to pawn or sell something, keep in mind they are a business. They have to keep the lights on, and make a profit FIRST!! As a general rule, one can expect to be offered about a third of what an item is WORTH if one goes to pawn or sell an item. (Watch Pawn Stars a couple times, same general percentages) Keep in mind that because YOU bought that TV Four years ago for 5k, youre not getting 4k, or even 3k. Yeah, four years ago, that TV was worth 5k. But with advances in tech, it MAY only be worth 1k now. As such if you go to pawn youre probably only gonna get an offer for $250-$400. If you keep your expectations realistic, youll understand these are a good bunch of guys who stand behind their product, offer and have decent prices, stand behind their product, and have good customer service. Best in town.

Joe Pelletier I cant say enough great things about Steve! He went above and beyond for us during what turned out to be a roller coaster ride of a home buying experience. Despite the many twists and turns that came up, Steve was always calm, responsive, and proactive in finding solutions. He responded to any and all questions very promptly, explained everything related to the mortgage process very clearly, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. Without his expertise, persistence, and encouragement, we honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the process. Thanks to Steve, we’re now in our new home and we’ll be forever grateful to him for getting us there. If you need a mortgage broker who truly cares and will go the extra mile (and then some), Steve is the one you want on your side!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Julia Kaiser on several occasions, and she’s been an incredible resource for all of my questions. Honestly, I don’t think most people say this… but I’m actually looking forward to my next loan just so I can work with PDCU!

Gerald P Scam company that should not be on lending tree. I was approved on their website but when I called I wasnt approved anymore. Do not recommend. Garbage company.

Michael Tabaczynski Lake Trust is always there to help you when you need a product or service. Their staff are always pleasant, friendly, and prompt. My favorite team of people are the staff at the Center Line branch. I have been going to this branch since it was Father Kramer Credit Union, and when it turned to Lake Trust, I received the same great service. Robin is the absolute best and has been there since I got my account when it was Fr. Kramer. This was the place I got my first auto loan as well. Everyone at this branch is so nice, helpful, and take the time to get to know their members. I highly recommend Lake Trust Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution that provides great, easy, and simple products, along with their technology and great member service.
