3 /5 Shyla Coleman: Michigan 1st was an awesome credit union when I was a member. Lately I had been considering reopening my accts there. Only issues I have are the locations are not really convenient and the way the ATMs are setup is beyond unsafe....That was my primary reason for closing my acct. I dont think that the person (s) who designed the drive up ATM thought about the safety aspect of having both machines on a wall where you have to wait for the person in front of you to finish their transaction even when youre done. That is a setup if you ask me. If someone pulls behind you, youre stuck.

1 /5 Tiffany Jeter: First of all they need to put a sign up thar says use the other entrance. Second the teller needs to be friendly and welcome customers and answer questions presented to them. Third and most unappreciated is the fact that the credit union is doing too much, asking for too much personal information. Im considering closing my account.

1 /5 Brianna Bryson: Worse experience ever! Tried to update Daugter name on her account supply same information I used for state ID and passport told me it wasn’t good enough and I called call call center no response for complaints ended up closing my account! Please don’t bank there

1 /5 OFC L: Terrible lending practices, I will NEVER finance a vehicle through them again! My first year and I’ve paid $4000 out of my $6000 in payments on interest alone, not because I haven’t paid but because they take more in interest in fact one month my entire payment went to interest. Yes you can apply your payment to principal only but they will mark your account past due!
