1 /5 Harmonica Bruce: The worst financial institution Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. I just spent 3 hours trying to pay my credit card ($12.18). Their phone system is designed to not require any human intervention, but it is unable to deal with uncommon issues. Today I spent 45 minutes on hold. My checking account was suppose to pay my credit card bill, but DFCU stole $10 per month from my checking account because my balance was less than $10,000. This isnt the only issue Ive had, just the most current.

1 /5 Brigitte Sparrow: Asked for a replacement card twice, still nothing after 3 weeks. This bank is nothing but problems. I cant use the android app for card services, horrible hours etc.. Ive been with this bank since I was like 16 and Im 43. Nothing but problems recently. Time to go elsewhere.
