1 /5 Tom Zara: This office defines incompetence. To initially get information I had to call back several times. I should’ve seen this as a red flag. Chris then filed my taxes and every time I talked to him I had to remind him of several things we had already talked about, as if I was a new client all over again. He misplaced the photo copy of my wife’s social security card, claiming he never had it (even though I emailed it to him and watched him print it right in front of me). When I repeatedly asked him how much I should pay for the upcoming year for state and federal taxes for my business he gave me the homework assignment of contacting my health insurance company, claiming that the numbers would be dependent on the info I obtained. 2 days later I sent him all the info. 8 days later, when I still received no reply (a consistent theme with this office), I asked him if he could let me know what the next steps were so I could set up my state and federal payments. He said that in 2 weeks he was going to be out of the country for 2 weeks so he’ll help me in a month (note that he was still going to be in town for 2 more weeks, yet didn’t have time for me despite already dodging my email for 8 days). When he “returned” my tax documents from previous years (2015-2017), my 2015 & 2017 folders were missing. When I asked for them, he again claimed I never gave them to him. When I insisted, he asked one of his employees to find them. He returned my 2015 folder to me and then gave me some manilla folder he found, labeled it with “2017,” and put 2 of my many documents in there, with the rest missing. When I needed my 2017 W-2s for an application, he insisted (again) that I never gave them to him. If you’re considering this company for your taxes, don’t!

2 /5 GONZALO gomez: I went over last week there was no one there but me, it took over 1hr 1/2 to get to me. I got there at 12:35pm and they call me in at 2pm not sure why they took so long taking so long. And there were ants on the floor.
