2 /5 Veronica Stevenson: I would not do it again!!!
I took out seven year and ten year annuity accounts with Matt Balsbaugh, and I am now in my fourth year-- and regretting it!
At first everything was fine. Matt was attentive and professional, and I could reach him when I needed assistance with my accounts. By now when my yearly reviews are due, my appointments are rescheduled or overlooked altogether. My phone calls are not answered, and I am left to try to figure out on my own why I am paying "lifetime rider fees" that I dont understand and wouldnt have agreed to if I had.
Although I still get invitations in the mail, dinners that I was welcome to attend in the past (including birthday invitations from Matt) now seem to be limited to "new clients", and home appointments are no longer available as the "firm continues to grow".
Although all of this is disappointing and disheartening, the bottom line is that in addition, neither of my contracts are making any money!
