Huntington Bank - Westland (MI)

1 /5 Adam: 6/28/4 1:pm Never had to wait for drive through this long. Thought I’d make a quick deposit since it was on my way. Waited 15+ minutes and no car has moved. Will also make a complaint to corporate what kind of business is this? Huntington has been great. Never had an issue with any branch except this one

1 /5 Rachel fischer: I asked for help over the phone, but they proceeded to transfer me to customer service when I wanted to talk to the person from the bank. I had them on the phone, but they did not want to help me, although it is their job to provide assistance if I inquire about my loan. I told them I did not ask for the customer toservice number; I wanted help from the bank itself. And so on, she said, "Im busy with other things." Okay, then why pick up if its your job to assist your customers? It’s your job to help someone when they asked an your going to deny your customer

5 /5 Michelle Rousselo: I was having a horrible issue with my new debit card constantly being declined even though there was money in my account. The wonderful woman at the counter knew exactly who to call to figure out what was going on. She got the issue figured out, got me a new card ordered, everything has been working great since. Im really very thankful.

1 /5 Hannah Lontento: Just joined as a new member… Went to make my first deposit and the teller was incredibly unpleasant. No one greeted me when I came in, and actually rolled her eyes. Did not say hello to me, just stared at me as I approached the counter. I gave her a stack of cash and she walked away to run it through the counter and did not confirm with me the amount before depositing which I feel like would be pretty standard to do anywhere else… The teller assisting me and the other teller were actually fighting and yelling at each other because neither of them wanted to help the person in line behind me so they were screaming at each other in front of everyone. Overall a very unpleasant experience and I regret joining this bank as opposed to a credit union in the area instead. :/ They also do not reply to reviews on here it seems, so they clearly do not care about member experience or satisfaction.

1 /5 Jasmine Small: This bank is so displeasing I cancel my account months ago due to shade activity it was always fee after a fee now keep in mind part of the problem was a job change so I had a pay increased but it started to get ridiculous . I closed my account and reopened one 7 months later due to my love for the saving feature and stand by cash. I put my first check in there and they froze my account WITH MY FUNDS IN THERE and are not understanding the closest branch is a 3.5 mile walk! They waited until they received my check to freeze my account and this is exactly what I get for choosing to want to rebank with Huntington. Update: the bank itself may be Good my experience after this is just not worth it I have been to this branch Countless times I was helped the best with Felicity. She was able to multi task all the guest between her and her co-worker. I was also assisted with there business team over the phone( I have a personal account) and that was the best customer service I could ask for from anyone. My account still doesn’t work after multiple attempts so your best bet is to make your account in person not online and if you go to this branch Masa will not help you adequately. So you’re better off waiting on someone else.
