From the beginning, communication was poor — I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates, and when I did get a response, it often left me more confused than before. There was little guidance through the process, and I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Getting a home loan is already stressful, and instead of making things easier, working with Dylan only added more frustration. I was left feeling unsupported and misled, and I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and professional mortgage experience.

After an illegal test drive (didnt ask for id) the vehicle he test drove was making noises and felt mechanically unsound so a more expensive one was offered to him, it also made noises and had an even more bloated price. I got angry these people were trying to take advantage of a hard working man, so scammy and we just left. Thank God we did. Got our new vehicle from somewhere reputable, I shudder at what could have happened had I not stopped him. One person was nice to me and actually spoke to me, was treated as if I wasnt even there even tho it was my decision what he bought.
