1 /5 Shania Wilkins: My purchase was not what was described in the listing. Evan have a very bad attitude and a horrible mouth. Neither is he understanding or listens. I been contacting them about a car I purchased since the 2nd week of me having it which they lied about fixing! Took the car back up there they didn’t want customers to hear what I was saying so they pulled me to the side and sent me to Robby autos they said he’s the owner. Btw they had one of they employees ride with me just for him to take me somewhere else and hop out the car and not say anything! Now that the car is threw not even 2 months of having it he’s trying to force me into leasing a vehicle as if that’s the only way they can help! Mind you I paid cash for my car.Today I was told to bring the vehicle now it’s a thousand reason why he can’t help today or tomorrow nor yesterday and now has threatened to block my number as if I’m bugging them and I only called 2x and barely said 2 words! He’s lying saying the owner has a heart attack which is wrong to put something like that on someone. Told me if I call again or come up there he will block my number and refuse any help to me. This place is a scam! Highly not recommend! I will be talking them to court. I didn’t give them a hard time so I shouldn’t receive a hard time

1 /5 And One: Worst dealer ever!! I would give them a 0 if i could. They should have their license revoked! State needs to get involved! I bought a car there for my mom and not even a week later the car needed major work. Firstly the Oil pan was leaking oil and seemed like it was patched together so they could sell it and pass the buck to the customer. The rack and pinyon was clamped on, leaking oil on the tire (very unsafe to drive). They lied and said the Sunroof and heated seats only needed a fuse, turned out it needed over $1500 to get fixed. In total we were sold a lemon and a very unsafe vehicle for a very steep price. Horrible place! Harram!!

2 /5 Jessica Robinson: My husband brought me here to buy a vehicle, immediately I was afraid for my life and the lives of my family and the people who run the lot said wed be fine as long as we stayed inside the gates. After an illegal test drive (didnt ask for id) the vehicle he test drove was making noises and felt mechanically unsound so a more expensive one was offered to him, it also made noises and had an even more bloated price. I got angry these people were trying to take advantage of a hard working man, so scammy and we just left. Thank God we did. Got our new vehicle from somewhere reputable, I shudder at what could have happened had I not stopped him. One person was nice to me and actually spoke to me, was treated as if I wasnt even there even tho it was my decision what he bought.

1 /5 J Loud: This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a vehicle I haven’t had this car a week and I had to replace parts still won’t start I have gotten stranded twice I feel cheated I am so displeased with my purchase vehicles are unsafe and not road ready at all I test drive several before my decision and I was told THIS WAS THE BEST CAR OF ALL THEY HAD! Also they have a cousin shop next to them Luxury they are affiliated PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!! Ask me anything about my experience I’ll let you know

1 /5 Stacie Davis-Smith: Would highly recommend never buying a car here. I drove 2 hrs to go look at a few vehicles. 1 the heat/ac did not work. I would press the tune button to try to change the station & it was shutting off the “heat”. 2nd they talked me & the person I had brought with me to test drive a jeep, with no dealer plate, a flat tire, then told us it’s ok to drive off without our licensed because it would only take a few minutes. After firmly asserting we would like it back on our persons we got it. Only to get pulled over for not having a dealer plate because they were busy & wanted to push out people test driving. Then proceeded to offer a dealer plate after we came back from being pulled over ! We left !! Also the vehicles I looked at had VERY clear signs of electrical problems that would malfunction within a couple hrs. You could smell the wires burning while the heat was on in one car. After getting told by another employee they just drove this vehicle & it was a very nice car in there words ! PSA: the cars are also not cleaned they are made to look clean! On top of watching them jump at least 4 vehicles before anyone took off.
