We especially appreciate the simplicity of a group which addresses all of our financial concerns including investments, tax planning and preparation, insurance, and legal advice at a single location and time. 5 /5 David E Smith: We went to Hantz Group because we want help getting our financial affairs in order and under control. Hantz assigned a team to review all our finances and more. They handle our banking, our taxes, our investments, our retirement income, our estate planning and our insurance (home, auto, long-term care and umbrella). Our team had experts in each area who reviewed our status and made recommendations with numerous options which they took the time to explain thoroughly. After initial analysis and organizing, we now meet 3 or 4 times a year to review and revise if necessary. All this for a single annual price of $1200 is a real bargain. It really helped us to get all our ducks in a neat row. We are very pleased with the service. We are now confident of our finances and our lives are organized better than they have ever been. And we have much more time to enjoy the fun in life.

1 /5 Rob LaBute: Awful organization. We paid $100 per month to get sold insurance. That was their main focus even after we told them that was low on or financial priority list. Their financial advice was underwhelming at best. They made many mistakes throughout the process. They were slow. They had to be reminded multiple times to complete tasks they promised to complete. Worst of all they botched up our taxes. After paying what they said were all of our taxes, we got a bill from the IRS for $1800 and one from the State of Michigan for $850. The letter said that the error was cause from a filing error. And we did not have a complicated return.

From walking me through savings plans to having personal calls on a first home purchase, the professional and quick service they have provided has been exceptional. I highly recommend asking them any questions you have about your financial path. They are well worth it.

1 /5 Leanna Pelham: Hantz Financial Group in Southfield is terrible. They handled my father-in-laws trust and did such a bad job of it I would like to give negative stars. They never paid any of the invoices through the trust that they said they would, took forever to help get a car donated, wait weeks to reply to emails and never return calls. I have had absolutely zero positive experiences with them through this process and am working to get the trust removed for their "care". AVOID THIS COMPANY
