Alex Senko You’ll never get a hold of a customer service rep, it’s all automated. There’s not even an option for you to request to speak to a real person. They don’t send out any of those payment booklets that every other financial institution does. God forbid you need to skip a payment, you’ll never reach anyone to get the approval on that. Accidentally paid twice for one month and need the money back? Sorry, you’re just gonna have to deal with it bc you can’t reach anyone. Worst loan company ever, I wanted to rate 0 stars, but obvi that’s not possible. Based off the other reviews, they don’t care to remedy any of these issues either.

Dan and his associates at DFCU handled our loan application, loan approval and mortgage closing professionally and promptly allowing us to close on the purchase of our new home in record time. Dan was always available to answer our phone calls and respond to our texts and emails wherever he was and at anytime of day or night. Thank you for your great service. gail vandusen Tom Durocher has been our financial advisor and broker for about 4 years. After my father passed away, I had some money to invest, primarily, to use for my grandchildrens education down the road. I turned to Tom for this task. My charge to him was to treat this money as if it were his grandmothers. He has done just that. Besides doing extremely well with my investment, he has become a confidential adviser and friend to us on many things ex:buy or lease a car, how to help and support my sister who was in financial stress, pay off a car loan or keep making payments, do we need long term-care, and most of all, a calming voice during great stress while we settled 3 messy estates. During that particular time he called us often just because he was concerned. He still calls to check on us and catch up which we really appreciate. Tom is wise beyond his years, and we trust him unconditionally. We feel very fortunate to have had him answer our random call to Merrill Lynch that day! If you out there are looking for an amazing financial agent, Tom is your guy!!
