4 /5 Linda Hautala: Ive been doing business with the Lincoln Park Community Credit Union for almost 30 years now, I love the fact that they call me by name when I walk in the door. I dont have to show them my ID every time I go there. I find the customer service to be exceptional.

1 /5 s. young s. young: Had lost my id and been with credit union for atleast a year they wouldnt even make a simple account is card. And they said my id was on file. Ps im closing this account asap cuz they dont deserve my buisness ps not put your money in this credit union unless your desperate. This credit union is a union of hell.

1 /5 terri duarte: Im so disappointed that you cannot check the automated system for your balance cuz its down and on the weekends I have to pay attention to my balance but this is ridiculous automated system is so messed up it has not been working in a while all the workers are really nice and we gave one because the automated system some people that are computer literate that cant do the Downriver app online to check your balance when youre on your senior years I dont do that Im computer illiterate when it comes to doing the apps and stuff please get your automated system working thank you plus all the staff is very nice Ive been with them forever for years and whoever complains about the wanting your license then dont theyre protecting you if you want to switch Banks cuz they ask for your license and they think they know you if you go through the drive-thru they do not know you so go to another bank maybe somebody will steal your money thank you for checking ID thats one thing I appreciate so much thank you
