1 /5 Lazy Llama: Never get a personal loan with them. There are way better companies out there with less fees! they work like the mob they charge you 500 fee or more to start the loan plus a monthly interest(apr) so they make money off you twice like the mob / loan shark would. make sure anywhere you get a loan they don’t try to scam you with 500 fees instantly taking out of your loan plus interest. Terrible customer service when you bring this to their addition. Way better companies to get a loan from that only charge a monthly Apr to profit off you without silly start up fees.

1 /5 Terry Rodwell: Very poor customer support. When applying for a loan they connected to my account to verify income. Since part of my income goes to my wifes account they could not verify total income. They stated they would elevate the issue and get right back to me which they never did. They wanted to verify my account with two Mico deposits. One micro withdrawal posted to my account but no deposit. They then called to say they wanted a voided check to verify my account instead of the micro deposit verification. I provided them proof of total income and then they said that wasnt necessary but I needed to complete steps on line to verify income. Ridiculous customer service when I have an over 800 credit score. Dont believe the "fast and easy" online application with same day funding. UPDATE Now they want a notarized color copy of my bank statement. UPDATE Now they changed their minds and want a pdf copy of my latest bank statement and my bank routing and account number (which was already provided so they could micro deposit) UPDATE Now they want a copy of my annuity which was previously provided UPDATE Now they have reinitiated two micro deposits and want verification when received with NO link on how to verify. That link was removed after first update and they dont want routing and bank account number UPDATE And now, despite verifying my account via Plaid plus receiving a copy of my retirement annuity and social security annuity they have reset my verifiable income to $0.00. This is almost too funny to be true. All in the same day. Ridiculous!!! Worthless. To have a senior leader call me and tell me that they cant verify my account even after making an unauthorized withdrawal followed up with the two Mico deposits they said they were going to make four days ago and try telling me that never happened. Not to mention he says there is no record of asking for micro deposits on my dashboard even though I have screenshots proving both the above.

1 /5 Stacey Smith: Although I am very appreciative at how my dealings with Rocket started out; I can no longer recommend them due to the varying answers I get from different reps when I reach out for help or questions. I used a COVID forbearance option in 2021 and even then was given so many different answers that I should have avoided doing so. Now I am really trying my best to pay of my mortgage earlier and NO one seems to be able to help. The HUD forbearance info directs you to reach out to your mortgage servicer to come up with a repayment plan but all Rocket reps. I have spoken to tell me that when they are paid off that I must pay one lump sum to HUD. HUD says work it out with Rocket. I was told originally that the payments would just be added onto the end of my loan but now all I get is talk to HUD. They do not seem to care and definitely not knowledgeable. When researching FHA/HUD forbearance online it specifically states a lump sum payment is NOT required....obviously I owe the money and want to pay my original agreed upon amount....but getting the run around is really stressful. I totally regret trusting them and entering into forbearance in the first place. I refused several times the forbearance offer until I had a rep tell me the others were wrong and it was simply adding payments onto the end of my term. DO NOT USE any type of loan modification program with these folks. I might also add that their website shows two different Principal amounts and next to the larger amount it shows an inaccurate payoff date. If I do not owe them the amount why show two different principal amounts?

1 /5 Craig N: They suck. Apparently you have to have great credit and make a ton of money to qualify for a loan. Tried them bc heard good things they said my income to debt was why no offer. Thats wasnt an issue with the next 2 I tried. If I made what they apparently want I wouldnt need a loan to begin with. I guess its different for everyone so I may be being harsh but why would 2 others say different. Well at least I have a couple options to look over. They may deserve a better rating but since I had a bad experience I cant go more than 1 star
