1 /5 Gabrielle Jones: If I could select no stars, I would. I see that I’m not the ONLY one that received HORRIBLE customers service from this business. Lisa Knight doesn’t have any problems throwing her title around as an “owner”. She feels that because she is a “owner “ she can say and treat CUSTOMERS how she sees fit. She had the audacity to tell that, “ Just like a customer can fire me as their agent, I can do the same as an agent.” She continued her threats by verbalizing she will cancel my policies, so I better start shopping elsewhere. I told her she couldn’t do that without my consent and then she disconnected the call. I called back asking Amanda for corporate/BBB and she told me to hold on she was getting the number. Lisa came back on the phone, yelling again, verbalizing she is corporate and the owner and to go shopping for coverage. Immediately after, she hung up the phone. Not to mention, she throw her worker, Dawn, under the bus. Furthermore, after I told her how to pronounce my name correctly, she deliberately continued to pronounce it incorrectly. She is extremely disrespectful and needs to get a grip. I’m more than sure she had more comments but many probably didn’t take the time to fill out a complaint. I’m here to tell you Lisa, you can NOT cancel my policies without MY WRITTEN consent. It’s AGAINST the LAW. I pray that the Lord has mercy on you.
