Derrick Nobles Cortney is so freaking awesome and amazing!! I will say I was with another company and was calling around to get quotes for a new purchased vehicle. Since the company I was with wasn’t answering me back I called and Ms. Cortney reached back out to me within mins. Told her we use them for our house insurance and she said she would give us quotes on the new vehicle and see if she could help lower our payments on other vehicle. Within mins she drastically reduced the payment for both vehicles for less than we pay for one at the other company. So we was sold instantly! New customers for life! Also as a heads up she loves Roses as a thank you! After she quotes you prices you will understand! Could not ask for more down to earth professional and outgoing customer service! Customers for life!!

Brock Harris Most people dont use title agencies often, so when you need one, you may be at a loss for where to turn. I ultimately went with Bulldog Title Agency when I bought my home in early 2023. The experience was seamless, easy, and fast. The reason Im writing this review today is because after Id been in my home for a year, I found that my escrow account had a shortage -- someone at the VA (I have a veterans home loan) failed to process my homestead exemption, so I paid the full amount of property tax for 2023 resulting in an escrow shortage and a higher monthly note to pay down the shortage. I was caught off guard and had no idea where to turn, so I started with Kathy at Bulldog Title. She was helpful in the past and I figured she might be able to point me in a good direction. Not only did she alleviate my concerns, she went to the courthouse/tax assessors office personally to sort stuff out. You just dont get find that level of help many places these days. It took a few weeks and some footwork on my part to ultimately get the issue resolved, but Kathy as well as the other staff at Bulldog Title really rose to the occasion and helped make my home buying dream and my property tax headache a really simple experience. I can not recommend them enough!
