1 /5 Daylon Johnson: Worse insurance company I have ever had to deal with. It has been a week now that I have been trying to cancel my policy and no one is answering the phone or returning my calls. I have a new insurance policy with progressive and national general is still taking money from my account. My policy started at $280 after my 6 months were up my policy jumped to $381.

Jonathan Patterson Luke was incredibly helpful and personable. Made sure I was fully aware of all coverage options without being pushy about upselling. I appreciated his thorough explanations of the options while also being mindful of the price point I was most comfortable with. Not only were we able to save a good bit over our previous provider but Lukes warmth and attentiveness made our conversation feel much more like an actual conversation rather than a sales pitch. Really appreciated him and made the daunting task of switching insurance carriers a whole lot less stressful.
