1 /5 Gail Coyne: Had a bad experience with burkhardt ins. agent we got ins. Thru them only to be later home ins. canceled us even when we paid cash for a year a ridiculous reason. So we had to get another ins Agent was hard to reach finally got a refund but they kept a $200 agent fee for really didn’t do what needed to be done I had to find another ins for home & car’ Just don’t use an agent

When my current insurance premium doubled and my "agent" at the time told me there was only one solution and that was the Louisiana insurer of last resort I sought out Dan Burghardt for help. It was my great fortune to meet and work with Lori. She is the definition of an agent who knows the insurance industry and works for the clients best interest. She immediately researched the many companies Dan Burghardt has at its disposal and found the agency that provided the best coverage and premium saving me a substantial amount of money. She accomplished what another said was not possible. She was wonderful to work with and responded to my every question without hesitation. 5 /5 TC 81: Ms. Trinette Blackwell at the Chalmette branch of Dan Burghardt insurance agency has excellent customer service, ( It’s really an under statement to say the lease). She was patient with me even when I was indecisive about what car I wanted to purchase, she took the time and ran multiple VIN numbers until I was satisfied with the car I wanted to buy which was a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan. She stayed at work late to make sure I had everything I needed to leave the car lot and got my car insured before I left the Volkswagen dealership, She even got me a better quote than the original vehicle I was going to purchase.
