Brandi Nugent This place is great!! Anytime I have a question or a need, these ladies are in it!! I like how they will speak to you in a language you can understand. Ive had insurance companies trick me by using the lingo of the insurance agents and really mess me up in the end.

Sunshine Martinez I made my insurance payment over the weekend 6/20/25, but the payment didnt show up in the system. I called Freeway and spoke with several people but all they could tell me was that they didnt see the payment. I received a text stating that my insurance was canceled so I panicked and went into a local office. I explained my situation to Jen and she immediately gave me peace of mind saying that the company was aware of the situation. She told me to email her my proof of payment and she will take care of everything and contact me when everything is fixed. She did just that ! She emailed me later in the day to let me know that she submitted the ticket, and she contacted me this morning to confirm that everything was correct and I indeed have car insurance. The thing that pleased me was that she told me what she was going to do and kept her promise. Give Jen a raise she deserves it good customer service should be rewarded!

David Bertrand The folks at Bayou Insurance Group make the aggravating work of finding insurance a breeze. They are knowledgeable, courteous & explain in everyday down to earth terms. Their pricing was the best around & I have a strong feeling that if I need them in a crunch they will be by my side helping me through whatever the situation.

Derrick Nobles Cortney is so freaking awesome and amazing!! I will say I was with another company and was calling around to get quotes for a new purchased vehicle. Since the company I was with wasn’t answering me back I called and Ms. Cortney reached back out to me within mins. Told her we use them for our house insurance and she said she would give us quotes on the new vehicle and see if she could help lower our payments on other vehicle. Within mins she drastically reduced the payment for both vehicles for less than we pay for one at the other company. So we was sold instantly! New customers for life! Also as a heads up she loves Roses as a thank you! After she quotes you prices you will understand! Could not ask for more down to earth professional and outgoing customer service! Customers for life!!

M Benedict I’m very happy with the service I received from the ladies in the office, sorry I’m terrible with names, but they were very helpful and friendly. They remembered me, after meeting with me just once, as soon as I walked into the room. They make sure my policy is the way I want it that I’m fully covered.
