1 /5 Michael Tate: This whole outfit is a joke. The dunce that was in charge of my claim has not done a single thing correctly in four and a half long years and ended up charging me money for mistakes she made mathematically behind a computer desk. These people found me medically stable after a four year battle following being severely injured on the job trying to be a respectable hard worker. I am now unable to work my old job or do any work remotely close to what i was able to do. I am now 24 and have been injured since i was 19. If you care about your employees or the future of the everyday American worker, steer clear of this company and do not let such incompetent, uncaring, money hungry, neglectful, mentally under-developed people who do not know what it is like to be injured make decisions for employees from behind a desk. I would give them zero stars if i could they ruined my life and took the whole beginning of my adult life.

1 /5 Claudia Rodrigues: This company is a satirical nightmare for anyone who’s ever been injured on the job. My boyfriend has been given the runaround from workers comp and their doctor about his condition only to be deemed medically stable after 4 long years of decline. They want to deem him medically stable after he has gotten worse each day of his life with no treatment or given the WRONG ONES. This is pathetic. His quality of life is nowhere near that of what it should be for a man in his 20s. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Nothing but a bunch of thieves looking to take everything from an innocent person and give nothing in return. Just a group of incompetent liars paid off by other incompetent liars to ruin human lives. Avoid at all costs

1 /5 Dustin Equevilley: Absolutely abhorrent excuse of an insurance company, I was hurt and had the unfortunate fate of being covered by these people. They are backwards and conniving, the adjuster I had was as dumb as a box of rocks. You could literally have a donkey do a better job. Trying to schedule doctors appointments and work with these animals was a nightmare. Take my advise and avoid this banana republic at all costs.

1 /5 Nick Gregory: They use a scheduling company called one call. They take an average of 3 weeks to get you an appointment. They cant pay your bi-weekly pay on time. I have been off work for 4 months. 9 weeks of that have been waiting on one call to set up appointments or to get something the doctor has prescribed. As a result. My company was unable to keep a driver to cover my accounts. They have lost contract. So when i am realesed to duty. I dont have a job to go back to. Unless i go to a different state to work.
