1 /5 Amanda Boney: The customer service at the coliseum Blvd branch is totally unacceptable. They are rude and the customers are not important to them. The little Coburn guy is cocky and arrogant! The Steve guy isn’t much better. The premiums ended up being higher than they were supposed to be and they drafted the payment 10 days before the agreed upon date! Then acted like it was the customers fault! When the payment was made in office they handed over the receipt and it was for someone else’s policy! In my opinion the place should be shut down! Those people do not need jobs that require them to interact with others. Being polite is definitely not their forte! There are plenty other insurance companies that are happy to have your business and they are helpful and nice!

5 /5 Brad Ross: By far the best person to work with when it comes to insurance. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me get an amazing rate when I needed it the most. Office staff is friendly and quick! Glad I made the call!

1 /5 Aceleigh McCann: Left a bigger insurance company to try farm bureau, but after what a family member went throughI wouldnt recommend the coliseum branch to anyone ever. The way they treat their customers is absolutely disgusting. Unless you have big money, they couldnt care less. Stay very far away from the whole place but whatever you do, please dont ever use Coburn as your agent or Steve as your manager. Wont be doing business with them anymore, and neither will my family.

5 /5 Rivers Day: Coburn was awesome to work with! He got us a better deal on our car insurance, while getting us signed up with new home insurance. Highly recommend him and Farm Bureau!!
