1 /5 joeykaren Hutson: Glen Talbert needs to learn how to tell the truth. I asked him call me last June (2023) I have yet to get a call, yet when I FINALLY got him, he said he left messages. Funny. I dont have voice mail. We canceled policies 1/4/24 and they still took our payments out for February and have yet to reimburse us. You cant call anyone but the agent and he had no idea what is going on in his office. He wanted to transfer me to one of the ladies. Now tell me, shouldnt the agent know whats going on in his office? Last summer we had a hail storm. State Farm wanted me to do their work by taking pictures of my car. I couldnt understand. The commercial says they are there for you. They werent there for me!!! or my daughter for that matter. She had to take pictures of her car also. State Farm is not the friendly, helpful insurance company they once were.
All I want is my money back. They owe us several hundred dollars.
You talk to the ladies in the office and they can only give so much information because the agent is NEVER in the office and they also have no one to call for help.
