1 /5 Saiyan Spirit: Worst insurance company ever, I would never recommend this insurance company to no one, especially the one in Crowley Louisiana. All they do is lie they can never give you a straight answer with anything, they don’t tell you the reason why your insurance go up. They try to to feed you some crap of if you get life insurance it will drop it, yea let me tell you 12 dollars decrease is a lot, the amount you pay for life insurance sums up to the amount that you will save.You then try to cancel your insurance with them,they give you so much crap it’s not even funny. You can’t cancel your life insurance policy without the manager being there, mind you he always there, according to the associates working but never returns your calls. Great management work there, taking care of your customers. Guys please do not go with this insurance company they are a Scam and they don’t care as long as you are giving your money to them.

1 /5 Bob T: Been with them a little over a year. I have home and auto with them. You can never talk to anybody on the phone. they put you on hold and forget about you. Hopping you hang up. Starting today I will start looking for new insurance. Last time I had to drive to office. Not doing that again. This people dont want your business. They lazy and scarred they will have to do paper work.

1 /5 Michael Istre: They will spit out some of the biggest lies out there. Will avoid your calls so they dont have to do anything are speak with you. Always going up on insurance policies when you dont ever use it. Also when you do need them all of a sudden all the years you paid there is no money to help you with. Biggest rip off in the world. Also like to double charge you 2 times a month. Dont ever give these people access to your account because you will not get your money back.

1 /5 Justin Cormier: I was insured with Farm Bureau and this particular branch for at least 7 years. After rate increases with no explanation from my agent, I decided to switch to Progressive. Back in 2017, I switched my automatic draft date from the end of the month to the middle of the month. The following month, no draft was taken out. I called and spoke to the secretary and was told "I was paid up." I got her to email me a receipt that showed $0.00. Fair enough. The following month, my draft was taken out on the 15th. My premium was taken out on the 15th, and my coverage ran from the 20th to the 20th of the following month. Sounds simple enough. Fast forward to 2024, and I ended up canceling my policy on February 12th 2024. I get a bill after the fact saying I owe over $200. I went in and spoke to Laura. Very nice lady who actually did her job and put in the work to find out what was going on. No complaints about her whatsoever. Awesome job! My actual agent, Suzy, was never around and too busy running this clown show of an office I guess... As useful as a screen door on a submarine.... Long story short, an error was made on their part due to a "computer glitch" back in 2017 and now Im expected to pay for it. Im being charged for "past coverage." (The 2017 $0.00 mistake) Im not the sharpest tool in the shed but it sounds like a load of bull... I have never heard of an insurance company covering you and then expecting payment after the fact. Even though a mistake was admittedly made on there part and I have all the proof, Im going to have to eat it. O well, work harder and give more money to the racketeers. Maybe Ill get lucky and get an automated cookie cutter reply on this review. Stay away from this place and this company! Hope this helps someone. P.S. 1 /5 Chelsea Bergeron: I have auto draft and back in March, my auto draft stopped. When I noticed that my payment wasn’t going through, I called them about it. I was told all I had to do was reinstate my insurance which I did. Later, I get a letter in the mail showing a delinquent debt from the DMV for a lot of money. I called Farm Bureau back and asked, yet again, why my payment had stopped coming out when it did. I was told they stopped payment because my account had been “hacked”. The same account that you’re still taking your ACH payment out of? The same account that is currently still open? That account? I tried to get in touch with my agent and was told he relocated to a different store and on two separate occasions was told that he’d call me back. I have yet to hear from him. I’m still trying to resolve this situation currently. I feel as a customer who has been with them for almost 2 years paying on time every month, this situation is not being handled well at all.
