Emile Sanchez I just recently added a renters policy to my full coverage auto policy. I was amazed at how simple and inexpensive it was. The young lady helping me was very polite and well informed. She explained everything in detail and got me set up over the phone. I apologize to the employee as I do not do well with names. I want to say her name is Neisha. Excellent employee and a very wonderfully polite young lady.

sasukewilliams Aletha Marler was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She explained my options and payments in a quick and effective manner that is hard to come by anywhere else in town, and she did this all while multitasking to assist others as well. Ill be staying with Harlan Insurance!

She was friendly and sounded like she truly cared, unlike my last insurance (GEICO) who thought of me as a number. On top of it all State Farm has a better price for the same insurance.
