Hukel Thomas (Tommy Llama) The people here are amazing, especially Ruth Thompson! Ive had a very bad year but still understand the protection my family enjoy from life insurance. When I started falling behind, Ruth and the rest of their team worked with me on my payments to keep my family and myself protected. Ruth calls me anytime she notices any of my policies are close to collapsing to give me a chance to make some kind of arrangement! Bryn Ollendike The homeowner’s insurance policy Joe Farley put together was top notch. After the April 2020 hailstorm in Benton, LA Joe personally dropped by our home within hours to check on us and our home. The claims process went smoothly and all paperwork was streamlined and intuitive. I highly recommend you give Joe a shot. I left USAA who did a fine job too but having someone local who knows my family and takes a hands-on approach is indispensable.
