5 /5 Hukel Thomas (Tommy Llama): The people here are amazing, especially Ruth Thompson! Ive had a very bad year but still understand the protection my family enjoy from life insurance. When I started falling behind, Ruth and the rest of their team worked with me on my payments to keep my family and myself protected. Ruth calls me anytime she notices any of my policies are close to collapsing to give me a chance to make some kind of arrangement! One day my finances will be right again and all of my life insurance policies will go through them even if theyre a little higher because of the personal services they provide me!

1 /5 Agnes Droddy: Ive been trying paying insurance all day,for hours holds at a time,AND,keep being put back to beginning after getting down to caller number 2,over and over! Office personel keep hanging up and starting over, Instead of taking and posting my payment!! Kilpatrick SUCKS,Non professional,poor service,Rude Personel!! Definitely regret buying insurance with Klic!!!

1 /5 Jean Taylor: Uneducated people who have no respect for their customers - also found 2 of them to be liars - I will never do business with this company ! I can’t believe this company is still in business/I honestly try to find at least one educated person to talk to and she was nice, but told me the original owners ran a tight ship, but every since these clowns took over that list and I knew more than the insurance lady knew she was that dumb and would ask questions that were so inappropriate. I thought she was trying to hit on me anyway do you do diligence before you join this company? They’re liars, and none of them seem to know what’s going on so they live from the top to the bottom to the bottom to the top. Good luck people you’ll need to join in this. corrupt business you’d be better given your money to a five-year-old to go bury it in the backyard. If I told you what happened to my family with them, it would take me forever, but they’re all liars every damn one of them.

1 /5 Eddie Van Gundy: Whole life policies are a bad financial investment. Everybody should know that by now. Term life is the way to go. Google Dave Ramsey if you doubt me.
