BT Jones I will tell it like it is. 1. The owner is polite and cordial. 2. Meghan at the front and Jess, works remotely and the rest of the staff shows excellent professionalism, polite and very detailed and patient. They really go above and beyond to help you. 3. I have but just 1 complaint. It is directed at the recent change in operations at HQ and IT. That is, you should be able to click pause or unpause for a month, or however much time you need. This is not directed at the agent or his staff. 4. I like the fact the agent and staff also tell it like it is. There are no hidden rules or fees. I would highly recommend this agency and State Farm as a very clear, affordable auto insurance company

Sandia Holmes Christal was awesome very personable and friendly!! She made it easy for me to give up my money and spend more on the roadside because she reminded me of what I really need it for!! So not only does she do her job but she also up sells your additional policies!! Keep her around FOREVER!! She is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to the others that was in there!!!! So sweet!!
