Brock Harris Most people dont use title agencies often, so when you need one, you may be at a loss for where to turn. I ultimately went with Bulldog Title Agency when I bought my home in early 2023. The experience was seamless, easy, and fast. The reason Im writing this review today is because after Id been in my home for a year, I found that my escrow account had a shortage -- someone at the VA (I have a veterans home loan) failed to process my homestead exemption, so I paid the full amount of property tax for 2023 resulting in an escrow shortage and a higher monthly note to pay down the shortage. I was caught off guard and had no idea where to turn, so I started with Kathy at Bulldog Title. She was helpful in the past and I figured she might be able to point me in a good direction. Not only did she alleviate my concerns, she went to the courthouse/tax assessors office personally to sort stuff out. You just dont get find that level of help many places these days. It took a few weeks and some footwork on my part to ultimately get the issue resolved, but Kathy as well as the other staff at Bulldog Title really rose to the occasion and helped make my home buying dream and my property tax headache a really simple experience. I can not recommend them enough!

Travis Rivet I’ve been with Paul for over 25 years. Everytime I ever needed him, he was there. He cares about his clients and will work towards getting any claim to resolution as quickly as possible. He also has the most friendly and efficient staff I’ve ever seen. They are pleasant to talk to, will return calls promptly, and even follow up with you. That kind of customer service is very hard to find these days.

Ronnie Lammons Paul has had my auto and homeowners insurance for several years now and is a good agent . 7 years ago I filed a claim on my roof and had no problems getting it replaced. Paul is an agent for Foremost insurance and has excellent insurance coverage and rates . I have to update this because the auto department has become Bristol West , but is still part of Foremost . Since the change , I have had some problems with Bristol West . There was an issue with direct pay , and I have to take responsibility for my part in the confusion . I had canceled the direct pay , but Bristol became so confused that I reinstated it . After getting a letter from the DMV and several calls and letters , we got it straightened out - it seemed . Then I got a letter from Bristol saying they canceled my policy . I am very happy with Foremost and with my agent , but Bristol is going to have to do something !
