1 /5 Kimberly Chatman: If I could put zero stars I would. My car was involved in a car accident. They referred me to a collision center with horrible reviews and then told me if I didnt want to use them to choose another collision company. I chose a company and they were $4 more than liberty mutual pays apparently and they left me with the balance. No where in my insurance contract does it say I would be responsible for paying a balance. What am I paying insurance for if I still have to come out of pocket with more than my deductible?

2 /5 Esau Kariuki: Well I paid my insurance for 6 months and canceled my plate because I didn’t need to use the car. I thought I didn’t have to call them to cancel. They charged me $98 canceling fee and never called about it. I was always on the road to open my mails. I thought I was done with them after the six months, I was away from home two months and mails being unopened and no calls they sent me to collections. With their flag no one is willing to insure me even themselves. Only progressive because my trucking company is with them and their price is insane and high. Used to pay $235 comprehensive now I have $562+ Quote with progressive. Clean record no accidents but paying $560 for comprehensive at 28 years. Please don’t use them they can mess you up. Cheap is expensive. I can drive a truck but can’t drive a personal car just cause I didn’t call to cancel insurance. If you don’t want to be rejected by everyone avoid them. They will penalize you to your grave because of a mishap. Keep off please.

1 /5 Thomas Hardy: Liberty mutual insurance is the worst insurance company you can have. They get you with lower rates and then quietly raise their premiums without notifying you. Find yourself another company and don’t bother; if you do set a reminder to check your premiums every six months.
