Mona Kelley State Farm has been our insurance provider since 1980, they have always been fair with us thru 4 hurricanes and responded swiftly and professionally. We were customers of “ coach Enos “ and followed Deann to her new home with Jim Mitchell and now Christine Bailey, this girl is awesome, ALWAYS taking or returning our calls in a timely manner, even after hours ( I’m talking 8 pm. ) to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied, time and space doesn’t permit me to do this lady justice, she’s fantastic and as long as she’s in the business we will be with her. MVT do not trust this company, they are not trustworthy and all theyre doing is after your money, they will make any claims as hard as possible when it comes time and try their best to not pay out

Jeff Miller Contacted Amanda Hotard, at Glen Liuzza Allstate office for a quote. I was contacted the next day by phone but I was busy at work. She emailed the quote and then reached out to me after 5 pm by phone. Of course, the quote was accepted. I also spoke to Kristy Strauss about different options and another couple of policies and she stayed on the phone with me after 5 pm and successfully and patiently helped me with my questions and requests.
