I have found that they have some unique products and services that not all companies offer. Local is the way to go. I love that she encourages face to face meetings! I love sending my clients to work with her because I know she looks out for the person not the policy!

1 /5 Zachary Orear: This branch never communicates. We used to love Farm Bureau until we moved and had to start using this branch. They canceled our home owners insurance with no communication at all and we didnt find out until 2 months later when their letter came in the mail... and yet they STILL charged us for a years worth of insurance the month they canceled our policy. I still have no idea why the policy was canceled. 3 months after they canceled the policy they finally refunded us the money. Additionally their front desk worker, Jane or Jan or whatever, was constantly rude to my husband every time she called him or if he called the office. If you value any kind of consistency, communication, and kind service, DO NOT use this location

5 /5 Amanda: I always deal with Jane and she is the absolute best. She gets everything taken care of and looks out for your best interest. I have had Farm Bureau insurance for 30 years and used the Shreveport office the entire time and have always been treated great.

4 /5 Melvina Casson: I have received excellent service from Farm Bureau. I spoke with the agent when I first set it up and I have one specific person Keri, that I discuss my insurance issues with. She has been great in responding. My insurance rate has been reasonable.
