5 /5 Wayne McKey: I live in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana where vehicle insurance rates are very high to begin with for location. Recently swapped insurance companies because of price increases over no apparent reason to Skip Russell State Farm. Not only were the prices about half what my company of 15 years were charging but the deductibles were all more than 1/2 what I was previously using and the liability and etc all more than doubled in coverage. Shortly in this new insurance company I had a very small incident with my 2025 Z-71 Chevy and thought; well now I’ll see their true colors. I was absolutely amazed how courteous the staff at Skip Russells was with explaining the process and the. After the claim was filed it was amazing how quickly things moved in getting the estimate approved and parts ordered; 2 days and we are waiting on parts to be delivered. Satisfied? You bet I am. Do I recommend Skip Russell State Farm? Yes I do!

1 /5 MONIQUE PRUITT: I had life insurance with this agency for a few years and I decided to make a change in my agency and I just want to thank Carson missy and Allison for helping me make that decision much easier especially Missy because she attacked my character and said that I was unprofessional because she didn’t like the way that I wanted to change companies because they would not support my back to school drive. I want to be very clear. I do not mind supporting my own community event because I’ve done this for years and it is always successful but she stated they help people who have community events if they are a customer or not and I have been a customer and she was flip-flopping and stated she wanted to help out with water and chips per Allison and then changed her mind to just water and then said she did not want to be a part of it at all and I will not deal with anyone who is personally attacking my character and does not even know me. I don’t think that is a part of the customer service that Skip Russell wants his business to stand for by having workers to make negative comments about his customers because they decide to switch agencies and Missy was very curt and I do not appreciate it.

Sunny and Allyson deserve their flowers too! One stop shop for your auto, life, homeowners, and personal property policies. Easy to navigate when there are any issues!! Highly recommend!

We got the truck into the shop, secured a rental, and life was good. About a week later, truck was ready. We couldn’t be happier with the assistance, care, and handling of our claim!!
