Mrs. Nikki has always been a great help when it came to any questions I had, or giving recommendations. Mr. Dustin has always been great to us as well. He’s always involved with the community and our alumni, and also has been great when it comes to giving us the best policy and one that we’d have the most benefit from. I mostly dealt with the 1-800 numbers & claims department NOT in this office, but every time I had a question about my case & called local instead, I was never brushed off & they looked into each situation EVERY TIME.
