5 /5 Lynn H: This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with an insurance agency. From the person who answered the phone to the person I got transferred to. They made small talk with me about my day and my upcoming vacation while they were waiting for their system to upload my request. Told me I would have the information the next day and I did NOT have to follow up with them. Just as promised, it was sent to me in a timely manner. In a day and age where customer service is severely lacking, it was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them to complete my request. Great great GREAT job! I will absolutely recommend this insurance company to anyone looking. Keep up the phenomenal job!
