We’ve had the opportunity to work directly with Nora, as well as Sarah, and they have been so patient, thorough, and cost-efficient in reviewing all of our policies and providing us with recommendations moving forward. Very thankful that this agency was recommended to us by a colleague, and just could not be more pleased with the individualized attention and customer service we’ve received from every single member of her team.

5 /5 Alex D: I was put into contact with Olivia with a somewhat complex situation (atleast to me) after having lived in 3 states in the past year... Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed for Louisiana, but she was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help educate me and figure my next steps/ contacts out to resolve my issue. In one evening she solved what I had been grappling with off and on for almost two weeks. I cannot recommend this office enough because of her, and will be strongly encouraging any family and friends I still have in Louisiana to move their business here.

5 /5 Joshua Pessar: Ive had a great experience over at Nora Vaden Holmes State Farm. Ive been with them for several years at this point. I package car insurance with Renters insurance and a personal items add-on for a very reasonable price. Whenever I needed their services, they were there. You wont get the run-around or endless phone tag I experienced with other insurers. When I decided to include Uninsured Motorist coverage (because New Orleans), Nellie P. was of great help! She was very responsive, informative and friendly. The process went quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend these folks for your insurance needs!

What a difference dealing with a local person makes. She was so helpful and kind. All of my questions were answered quickly but without feeling rushed.
