1 /5 Loletha Butler: I was just in this location today to pick up my ID renewal.. when I walk in the door to employees were on the phone they had a Stanley steemer steaming in there ..they didnt look like they was open. I spoke when I walk in the door they was supposed to speak first but no response.. so I stood there good for 5 minutes.. I was about to leave but they finally asked me do I need to make a payment instead of saying hello how are you... That location is the worst.. those ladies do not know anything about customer service but I will never go back in that location again... If I could talk to their superiors and let them know how they act I would... Just straight awful..

It’s a great company and I must say they gave me a rate that I couldn’t refuse. I’m going to say I ride with a lot of confidence knowing that I am covered and I have no worries about the WHAT IF’s !! 1 /5 Kenya Barton: Saturday 8/4/2024 I signed up for insurance so that we could leave the dealership with my daughter car! On Monday, I decided that this policy wasn’t in her best interest, so we went in another direction. I called to cancel the policy and was told no refunds. How is this possible if the company hasn’t fulfilled their agreement with a consumer? Is this legal?
4 /5 Natasha Hunt: When I walked in at 8:46am, every employee was on a phone call. After I sat down and waited about five minutes then someone finally acknowledged me and assisted me with service. My opinion is that when you open up for walkins, someone out of three that was there, should have instantly spoke to me. But I did receive a great package at great rate.

The support team is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Yes, the price is high, but the quality of service more than compensates for it.
