1 /5 Stephen Hunter: Morrison Insurance Agency represented a client who got into accident with my family members. They seem very slow to respond to the process of claim process. Im not sure if they were aware of the La. R.S 22:41 and RS 22:1892 under the State of Louisiana and the requirements of reporting an accident to the insurance company for compliance of the contract. It took my family almost a month and half just to find out status on the claim from Morrison Insurance.
The conversations they had were more of discouraging and telling us that we needed to take care of the damages for our car. We also got an impression that they never passed on the information to the insurance company that the client was insured.
I email the owner (Paul Maddox JR) and he never responded to my communication. Dealing Morrison Insurance was a waste of time. Next time I will file a complaint with the Louisiana Department of Insurance if I ever have to deal with this agency.

Update:
We called the insurance carrier the person had directly since Morrison Insurance did not. We provided information about the accident (date, time, name of their client, license plate, case number, and pictures). They investigated the information and found that their client was at fault. We got a check over $3000 for the damages to the car. My family was happy with the end results.
