GoAuto Insurance - Laplace (LA)

1 /5 K Armstead: Initially, I gave 4 stars for the low rates but since I renewed my policy, my car window was broken and my purse was stolen on 7/5/19. I reported the claim the same day and as of 7/14/19, the adjuster has yet to visit the dealership and look at my vehicle. When I called the adjuster on 7/8/19, she had a horrible attitude and informed me that no one instructed me to take my car to the dealership! I have to assume she drives around with busted windows but I do not! I have already contacted the main office, but if my vehicle is not approved for repairs in the next two days, I will consult an attorney! Go Auto is not a good insurance company when it comes to receiving the service you pay for!!!

1 /5 Annmarie Chedville-Pellegal: If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Keep in mind this agency insures a lot of people who can’t get insurance anywhere else. If you ever get into an accident with someone insured with them good luck on getting your money back or car fixed bc it’s not happening!
