1 /5 S B: Im am not a customer however their policyholder caused damage to my vehicle in February and its now May. The adjuster over the claim never and I mean never returns calls and I need a rental. Terrible insurance company to deal with especially this adjuster.

Me and my boyfriend been waiting months someone hit us and we got a lawyer cause we knew Safeway was janky yet adjust called to do a follow up with lawyer as well made a check to my boyfriend and the people who his car is through so he can’t cash the check & not only decide to try to drop him cause of his mailing address people go through hard times to where address may change now it’s been since December no settlement or nothing going on 8 months shaking my head We Are Over It At Point and another lawyer finna get involved with this matter this is sad and they unprofessional and don’t care nor do they answer the phones I guess we will be waiting a year to hear anything from these people I was down for Safeway referring them to everyone cause I loved the insurance rate but never mind…head elsewhere

1 /5 Jena Bass: I had a wreck on 1/18/25. Today is now 2/4. The insurance adjuster was suppose to come out last Monday 1/27. Called no answer from adjuster. Then was told to just send pictures. Told me Friday my car was a total lose off of pictures. Then Friday when I told them that I wanted someone to physically come out and look at my car bc the shop fixing it says I only have body damage. Frames not bent hell my high lights still work. The lady on the phone tells me well we will be out when we can. Frustrated is an understatement. These people could give a crap less about their customers. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know and every social media platform I have to tell people to never use this company

1 /5 Chad Falcone: Was told to get here at 10 am with my car title, and to sign power of attorney and I would receive my total loss check of 4700$. It is now 4pm and I am still waiting for my money. Never use Safeway. Terrible insurance company terrible customer service!!
