1 /5 Daryl Leeson: Worked with Ryan here for almost 3 weeks on a policy for a barndominium to store a Mardi Gras float. We would talk on the phone and agree to something and then Id send in info via email only to be told, no thats not right despite me keeping notes or recordings of the calls to try and get exactly what was asked for (I needed two policies, or so I was told so there was a lot of paperwork). This morning, his manager called and said they couldnt do either policy, even if the details they had been using for the building were wrong from the start (which I had emailed to Ryan previously and told him via phone). I even asked if there were other products that could be leveraged and was told flat out no, they did not want to look. Now Im 3 weeks behind and will have to push my closing date. Would not recommend this branch of Riverlands as they dont seem to communicate well.

1 /5 David Khoobehi: These people are working with the insurance companies to scam you. They send very vague spam type email from unfamiliar emails when extra documentation is needed. No repeat emails or letters. No calls. They tell you’re good to go after you make the payment then find ways to adjust your policy. Use anybody else.
