3 /5 Nita Temple: I had a huge problem because of your system being changed and different ones telling me different dates to pay this month’s bill I had set up payments after agreeing to pay on 28th but all 3 of people I talked to had a different answer to when my payment was due and I received many messages of cancellation when it was obviously a misunderstanding of dates and y’all having a new system. I hope everyone is on the same page with the due dates on my bill. I am on a budget and when something gets out of wack it messes my budget up. Thanks for better rates and coverage and hopefully all will be cleared up
