Vanessa Mitchell I have been with State in Broussard for over 15 years maybe 20 I give them the best reviews out of any insurance company Ive ever been with before theyve taken really good care of me and Im not thinking about changing at all in fact Im sending my boyfriend there especially since I moved to Abbeville Louisiana where theyre really taking care of me so thank you so much for all yalls help in the past and for future years I thank God for this add a photo I wasnt able to pull up my car on my photos but this is my new home that I just got from Clayton Homes the reason I moved to Abbeville Louisiana I found one of my car in my driveway at my new home with all my flowers thank you again State Farm for all you have done for me God bless you

Andres Marylou It was good, fast, very communicative, Carla explained to me with detail every important aspect of my insurance policy. Id recommend Visiting Ideal insurance, LLC and of course asking for Carla. She showed patience, good comunication skills, and she even helped me looking thru the system for a cheaper policy, which is a plus. I got what i was looking for, even better. Tyvm.

Fred Duplechin I switched my homeowner insurance to David Ohlmeyer because 1. he had hurricane coverage and 2. he was a great advocate for my daughter who lost her home in Hurricane Ida. Negotiating with adjusters and contractors is confusing and difficult. David stepped up and helped with the whole process of recovery for my daughter. Two and a half years later, I am still a great advocate for this agency! They send updates, advisories and helpful hints. If I have a question, David or "the Amys" give prompt and helpful research and answers.

Terri Woodley the guy john is the most unprofessional rude person. Even his co-workers say that he knows nothing. He tell you to come in at 9am and no one is at the office until 9:45am . even if the office suppose to open up at 9am. He gave me wrong quote information and wanted me to agree with something that was not even placed on the paperwork , I am filling a formal complaint with Sabine Insurance Agency, They had the nerve to say you people are hard to work with. my question was who is you people? I was nothing but nice to everyone in that office and for him to be rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE . He has no idea to what he is doing. get the ladies to work on your stuff because he is an absolute mess. I switched my policy over to a new company and I will be putting this on facebook and every social site I can find so no one goes there and I am reporting him
