1 /5 Shannon Downey: Nothing but incompetency! They lead you in with the absolute cheapest rates in town. It feels like a bate and switch when they withdraw more than what was authorized in the paperwork. And then you wait 3 weeks for a return. The excuses are so convoluted that it feels ones account is never correct afterwards. This is the first insurance company Ive ever dealt with where the agent, in my care Mr. Collin Ely never has any answers nor does he get back to me. I had to deal with the business office. And then when i canceled they withdrew again for a membership fee. And again we wait for the return after the sorry excuses! "Smoken mirrors. Capn ball. Thats what business with this company is like. Watch your account closely and do yourself a favor should you still feel the already of their low price, use a credit card inor debit card instead of trusting them with your account number for direct withdrawal. Its harder to stop than I wouldve thought.

1 /5 Tyra Lynn: The office manager at this location is very rude and does not care about his work. Called for a simple verification where he put the wrong address and he refused to correct it all while being disrespectful. I was told it was not a big deal, he was not fixing it and I needed to get over it. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this place. Avoid at all costs!!!
