1 /5 Shannon Goodgame: Annie inherited my policy from my previous agent who has left American National, however at the same time my insurance rates sky rocketed and so I found newer and a lower priced insurance in November 2022. However Im still fighting to get my auto insurance cancelled in July 2023. I can only contact the customer service number because the number provided in the insurance cards goes absolutely no where, "This number has no voicemail." and hangs up. Great insurance agent. After finally getting answers on how to proceed with the cancellation from the call center, after the nth time, the agent is suppose to call me I have exactly 0 calls, 0 texts, and 0 emails from Annie. Thanks for making this cancellation easy and costing me thousands of dollars.

1 /5 Andrew Humble: 0 stars! They have lost a long term customer with zero claims because of their sub par communication! Its disheartening that they will cancel insurance with no communication. They will also charge you and renew your insurance after you told them you found someone else without communicating. If this sounds like fun this place is for you. They should find something else to do and stay out of insurance.
