1 /5 Crawfish A (BayouGirl): Very disappointed with this go auto insurance store. The two ladies that work here are very rood and disrespectful. They were talking down to customers. I saw two potential customers walk out because of there attitude and unprofessional behavior. I will not return nor purchase a policy. So that is 3 customers walking out now. To the owner - You should consider hiring two new employees.

5 /5 Bjorn Bergman: This place was night and day different from my last provider. After having been totally messed around by usagencies for years they have finally gone bankrupt and are now GOUGING me and everyone else in the state. Go Auto instantly quoted me half the price over the phone (very short hold time btw) and dealing with the signing the service here in chalmette was more than pleasant, it was AWESOME. To ask to sit in an insurance waiting room on a saturday morning and think it was the greatest is a pretty tall order. Good job, high fives

Prices are lowest offered so far for liability and full coverage insurance between usagencies, statefarm, and progressive.
