1 /5 Linda Lively: Didnt return phone calls. Didn’t attempt to check policy for rates. Same coverage with same insurance took another agent to save me $300.00 on vehicle and $50.00 on atv.

1 /5 Staci Pritchett: Goosehead treats its customers like numbers. They also violate the consumers rights by not informing customers of changes to their policies-which is required by law. They lack overall communication. They also do not know what their own policies are and give the run-around when it comes to changing or canceling. They lacked options for reshopping and they took over a week to do the reshop. I was not happy with them and went to cancel and was told that paperwork from the new agent was required but the new law states that it is not and the consumer can request. They also did not provide the required paperwork for me to cancel and I had to jump through hoops for it. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, they lack knowledge and they violate the rights of consumers.
