I just refinanced my home and although we provided proof of insurance, but the mortgage holder did not get it. The mortgage co. was going to purchase insurance for me and bill me for it. Claude Manning Full payment for my policy was required when the policy became effective. A month later it was cancelled because of an inspection of the roof. I had a roofer inspect the roof, and he advised me the roof was in excellent condition and had 7-10 years remaining life. I provided this information, but they would not reinstate the policy. I have been informed by access that I will not get a refund for at least 14 days.

S B Im am not a customer however their policyholder caused damage to my vehicle in February and its now May. The adjuster over the claim never and I mean never returns calls and I need a rental. Terrible insurance company to deal with especially this adjuster.
