Farm Bureau Insurance - Boutte (LA)

1 /5 Christian _: Farm Bureau let me know my upcoming new auto policy with the same coverages will increase the total premium cost by about 3x. I’ve had no accidents in 5+ yrs with only infrequent minor issues in the past few years. I will not be seeking a policy or quote from these guys in the future for home or auto, especially since every other company around is still coming out at a 1/3 of the price! Keep in mind, you must pay membership fees yearly with this company. Consider all your options!

1 /5 Val Perkins: Piss poor representation of this company as a whole. Lack of accountability, and will attempt to overtake you. I will file a complaint with the BBB, as well as the state. I am currently in communication with the corporate offices as well.

1 /5 Shakwana Caples: Bonnie is very rude and doesnt have good customer service skills. I called in to ask a quest to another representative and she talked to me in such a disrespectful way. She refused to let me talk to the agent and told me she doesnt care to connect me.

5 /5 The Gameboi!: PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!! STEER CLEAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! An absolute **** show, constantly changing policies and and payments, messing up and lapsing insurance in the process, these people are incapable of basic thought and have nothing in it other than to squeeze any extra dollars out of you as they can and blame you for it, maybe instead of focusing on selling something 24/7 they should make sure they have the basic customer service and skill to work the job. I don’t sell insurance because I wouldn’t know what im doing so maybe these people need a hint…

5 /5 Buddy Trauth: I just recently switched to Farm Bureau. My agent, Aramie Melancon, took care of everything. Aramie was able to consolidate multiple policies (home owners, automotive, etc.) into one policy that saves me hundreds annually. I feel very comfortable with a local agent like Aramie and would recommend him highly.
